For my work with Barebells, I led an in-depth competitive analysis and market research initiative to assess the brand’s positioning and growth potential. I designed and implemented both online and in-person surveys to capture valuable consumer insights, examining key preferences and purchasing behaviors. Through data analysis, I identified emerging industry trends and evaluated Barebells’ strengths and areas for improvement. Leveraging these insights, I developed strategic marketing recommendations aimed at increasing brand awareness, enhancing customer engagement, and driving market expansion.
